Intellectual Property

• Your Data: You retain ownership of your Google Ads content and data.
• Our Rights: Luca's software, branding, and design are owned by luca.lucatail.com.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service.

Disclaimers

• Ad Performance: We are not liable for Google Ads campaign outcomes.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for Google API disruptions or policy changes.

Termination

• You may delete your account anytime via the application settings.
• We may suspend accounts for violations or security risks.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
